I met these two in the first few weeks of my sophomore year - wayyy back in 2008. I had the pleasure of being in a small group Bible study with Matt and serving on the InterVarsity leadership team with Becca, as well as enjoying great friendship with the both of them.
They started dating early in the summer of 2009, if I remember right. Unsurprisingly(!), Matt asked Becca to marry him early this year. I was happy to do some photos for them on the Virginia Tech grounds, to commemorate their time in college as a super cute dating couple or whatever other phrase I generally do not utter.
Matt and Becca are awesome, genuine people. I am so excited to see them start a family together and continue to pursue their love for Christ and for each other.
